We've added Friday mornings to our Winter workout program!
Lee Paulzine is coaching Winter Athletic Development in Kimball, utilizing consultation and workout plans from Coach Kenzie Leither and Coach Chad Spaulding!

Winter Athletic Development
Athletic Development is open to all students in grades 6-12. Using the Long-Term Athletic Development Model, this class will go over how to properly move and workout in a safe, fun environment! Every class is designed with age-appropriate exercises so that the athletes can move faster, get stronger, increase endurance, and play harder! Athletes will utilize the weight room, gym and track.

Bring to Class:
Own water bottle, towel, running shoes and a POSITIVE ATTITUDE!
