such as user IDs and passwords. If you apply for Sliding Scale Fees, we will ask you to provide
information such as salary and or family size. This information will be used in determining the
discounts applicable for your registrations.

-Communicate with you about classes, products, etc.

Credit card information is used only for payment processing and fraud prevention. Credit card
information and other sensitive personal information required to process a transaction and is
not used for any other purpose.

To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, to maintain data accuracy, and to ensure the
appropriate use of the information, utilizes appropriate physical, technical and administrative
procedures to safeguard the information we collect.

provider of Security to the Internet world during the entire registration process. Our software
vendor, rSchoolToday, is also PCI complaint, which is the Federal standard for credit card
security for Personal Cardholder Information.
SSL encryption is designed to make the information unreadable by anyone but you or us. This
security measure is working when you see the symbol of either an unbroken key or a closed
lock (depending on your browser) at the bottom of your browser window.
Credit card numbers are used only for processing payments and are not used for other
purposes. Credit Card numbers are stored as encrypted and will show to you and to us as with
only the last four digits (For example: VISA XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-3456). This service gives you and
an extra level of security to guard against credit card fraud and to protect your financial data.
