Athletic Development
Athletic Development is open to all students in grades 9-12. Using the Long-Term Athletic Development Model, this class will go over how to properly move and workout in a safe, fun environment! Every class is designed with age-appropriate exercises so that the athletes can move faster, get stronger, increase endurance, and play harder! Games will be used to provide real sport application of athleticism. Athletes will utilize the weight room, gym and track.
